All day long it will be in your stomach cuz you swallowed it!!! Yep, Hawkins swallowed a penny last night. He choked for a minute, threw up, and then went right back to playing. It must be noted that even though he threw up (after a night at a Chucky Cheese birthday party, not pretty) he still managed to swallow the penny. I called his pediatrician this morning to see if there was anything I needed to do. They said just to make sure he is not coughing or complaining of pain, and make sure it "returns" in the next 7 days. I am officially on penny poop patrol! Hawkins had the nastiest... well I won't go into details! I guess I'll have to get him a wallet for his birthday to keep his money in from now on.
Okay, so a professional photographer I am not, but I wanted to try and take some nice pictures of Scotlyn for her daddy. I was trying different things with the shading, but I am not sure what I like. I do like her little doll that her grandma Verne gave her in the background. I actually took these yesterday, but after seeing those cute pictures of Andrew on Heather's blog I figured I better get these up for her dad ( and everyone else) to see.

Today is my sisters birthday. When I asked her how it felt to be 37 she had an unexpected answer. "It feels freakin great!" She then said that she will never take advantage of the fact that she is HERE to celebrate her birthday. As many of you know my sister has been battling breast cancer for the last two years. Well, actually she is now cancer free (with a great new set of knockers I might add), but she is still dealing with the side effects from chemo and still has more surgeries planned to finish up her reconstruction. I am very proud of my sister! My mom, sister, and I went to lunch today to celebrate her b-day. It was a lot of fun especially since I got a little time away from ALL the kids.
